of "The Secret" set out to prove "The Law of Attraction" is scientifically sound and
has universal application for all life's challenges.

"The Secret" Research Project #1 - Baltimore's, Edgewood Neighborhood will
participate in an \"Economic Development\" Qualitative Study:

The residents of the Edgewood neighborhood in Baltimore will watch "The Secret" DVD
and participate in a six-week seminar on understanding and applying the principles
of "The Secret" and how to "attract" a new, productive, healthy, safe and prosperous
neighbor. Measures to be impacted are residents\' perceptions of safety, crime, or
gang-related activities, police incident reports, economic vitality, etc.

"The Secret" Research Project #2 - Kansas City's, Blue Springs suburb residents will
participate in a Pre-test / Post-test Quantitative Study:

A group of 500 adults from the Blue Spring suburb of Kansas City will be randomly
divided into a control group and study group. Both groups will be surveyed with
regard to their physical, mental, financial health and their personal, interpersonal
or job satisfaction. The study group would then read "The Secret," watch the DVD
movie and participate in a seminar on understanding and applying the principles of
"The Secret." Then the same measures taken at the beginning of the study would be
readministered at regular intervals following the training to measure any
statistically significant changes in the groups\' scores over a period of months or
years.

The teachers of "The Secret" are committed to an ongoing effort to improve the
individual lives of Americans and our society, in general, by conducting legitimate,
sound, academic research on the benefits, value and impact of "The Secret" and its
"Law of Attraction." They believe these studies will help to quiet the naysayers and
show that this ancient wisdom, uncovered by Rhonda Byrne, can be a powerful cure for
what ails American today.

NOT! Unfortunately, you will not be able to read the results of these studies
because they will never be conducted. While sales of "The Secret" have surpassed
$300 million worldwide, not a penny has been spent on valid research to prove that
"The Law of Attraction" actually works. Even though Rhonda Byrne, creator of "The
Secret," has now "attracted" a lawsuit disputing ownership of the rights to the
movie and the millions in revenue, the teachers of "The Secret" will continue to
perpetrate the scam called "The Secret" until it is replaced by another new age
scheme designed to separate us from our money. These teachers know there is a
"sucker born every minute" and they are not about to support any research that might
bring the truth to light. Caveat emptor!
